Judith “Judy” Bailey

Judith Anne Bailey passed peacefully on October 20th surrounded by her Family. She is survived by her beloved husband Ken Waters and her sons Mike and Dave; sister Diane Ziden, sister-in-law Teresa Kaup, and her grandchildren Grace, Grant, Claire, and Madison.

Visitation will be at St. Johns United Church of Christ, 332 Old Sulphur Spring Road, Manchester MO, 63021 from 2:30 to 5:00 on Friday October 25th. Following the Visitation there will be a Service, also at St. Johns United Church of Christ, starting at 5PM.
