Dear Maureen, Kay, and Keith,
It is very difficult to find words of comfort at a time like this, but someone once told me that nothing that is loved is ever lost, and no one who has ever touched a heart can really pass away, because some beauty lingers on in each memory of which they’ve been a part. Your family has many lovely memories of Ron’s life. He touched many people with his humor, his friendship, and his caring about others. We all admired his strength and dignity in dealing with health issues. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your whole family.
God’s blessings and peace.
Louann

What a lovely tribute our Ron. It is true that love never dies. We cherish so many wonderful times with Ron over many years, filled with love and humor. He will always be in our hearts. Such a great man, in so many ways, to so many of us. May we be the wind beneath your wings to support you in these days of loss.
Sending all of you peace, love and prayers,
Kathy
Dear Maureen and family,
Louann perfectly expressed our feelings. We always enjoyed talking with Ron. He will be remembered with his kindness of spirit, love of family and winning smile.
Our deepest sympathies,
Joe and Sharon
Ron had a contagious laugh that often warmed my heart! I will always be grateful for that warmth which he and Maureen welcomed me and my family as a new pastor to STHS. Those were not easy years.
My prayers continue for Maureen and family. God’s peace be with you.
Much Love,
Pastor Tom and Treva Schindler

Dear Maureen and family,
It just doesn’t seem possible that Ron has passed away. We will never forget his smile, his humor and the love that radiated from his soul! He was truly an amazing person and we have such fond memories of times we spent together. He was always so upbeat and positive– always saying things would be okay. We know he didn’t want to leave you, Maureen — you were the love of his life. It was always Maureen and Ron!!! He was so proud of his family! We are saddened by his death, but we know that he is rejoicing in heaven and that he is no longer suffering. Lots of friends uniting in heaven these days!!! Love you all, Ruth and Den
Maureen, I am sorry to hear of Ron’s passing. it has been years since Barbara and I were your next door neighbors but I have very fond memories of living next door and getting to know your family. We will be thinking of you even though it has been years since we last saw you. Dan Amsden
Dear Maureen..I was saddened to hear of Ron’s passing but know that he and Bob are having a wonderful reunion time as they meet together in the presence of our Lord and Savior. What rejoicing to have that assurance in our hearts. We have such wonderful memories of our times together and I’m forever grateful Ron encouraged Bob to leave Chicago and head out west to Missoula and the University where we met. Our friendship has flourished over the years and we were mightily blessed by your deep friendship over this 65 plus years. We have shared much. My love and deepest prayers for you and all your lovely family. Love and blessings to you all. Ruth West
