Jermaine Orlando Gordon

November 16, 1975 – November 20, 2021

Jermaine Orlando Gordon (Jerm) was born in St. Louis, MO on November 16, 1975. Jermaine has been a dreamer all of his life. He was extremely creative from his childhood into adulthood. Jermaine attended Cleveland Junior Naval Academy and graduated from South County Technical High School in 1989. After graduation he received a commercial driver’s license and drove professionally. He eventually purchased his own 18-wheeler.

In grade school, he was a class clown. He loved to see everyone laughing. He felt the best way for him to teach the world about himself was through his music. With his brother they made several rap records and sold them in their community of St. Louis. Jermaine was honest but demanding. His rap art was influenced by the outdoors. He had exceptional underwriting skills talent for local underground rap. His music helped him going in lif;. When there was a day that was chaotic or confusing, but slow. People could look to him as a “pick me up people person” which is why he so well like by all. And so, whatever the anxiety, tension, stress and strain that made him that person.

Eventually Jermaine developed a love for travel and adventure. Given the opportunity, Jermaine would hop on anything with wheels to venture to various destinations. He has lived in several cities, including Denver, San Diego and Anchorage.

Jermaine loved fishing, skateboarding, and making rap music. He was an avid sports fan, especially football. A laborer, he worked various jobs. He was good with his hands and enjoyed creating and building things. He would often go to the park to “chill out” and think. Jermaine was very mannerable, and eager to help others, especially children and Seniors.

Jermaine Orlando Gordon received his wings on November 20, 2021. He leaves to cherish his loving memories his mother Candice Thomas Gordon, his father Thomas Gordon, Sr, his brother Thomas Gordon, Jr. a half-sister and half-brother, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins, friends and neighbors.
May you rest in peace from the ills of life, Jermaine. 🙏🏾

Something will remind me
I never know just when
It might be something someone says
And it all comes back again

The times we spent together
The happiness, the fun
Once again, I feel the pain
Of life without my son and my brother

It says that time’s a healer
I’m not sure this is true
There’s not a day that goes by Son
That I don’t cry for you!
