Vogler, Sr., John was born September 21, 1943, 4th of 7 siblings to the late William & Margaret Vogler. Grew up in Brentwood Missouri with his brothers & sisters Margaret Vogler (McWilliams), William Vogler, Nancy Vogler (Burns), David Vogler, Ellen Vogler (Painter) and Dennis Vogler. Married July 24, 1965 to Mary Juliana Klein and had 4 children, Jennifer Vogler (Jones), Jana Vogler, John Vogler Jr. and Jeanne Vogler (Secrest). Was a wonderful friend, handyman and Mr. Fix-It to friends, family and neighbors. John leaves behind 3 very special grandchildren, Kyle Jones, Erin Jones and Kylie Secrest who will forever carry fond memories of “Grumpy” in their hearts. In his passing on December 6, 2008, he has given one of the his greatest gifts, his body, to St. Louis University Medical Center to aid in the education or confusion of our up and coming Medical Professionals.
