Michael Hester was born March 21, 1952 in Cape Girardeau, MO. He passed away at the age of 71, on March 5, 2024. Michael is predeceased by his mother Maxine Hester.

He met and married Gale Hester on September 8, 1973. To this union, one son Alan Hester was born.

Mike was very athletic. He enjoyed being active and had many hobbies and interest, of which handball, pickleball, and bicycling are a few to name.

Michael is survived by his lovely wife: Gale Hester; son: Alan Hester; grandchildren: Christian Stanley, Laney Hester, and Landon Harwell; siblings: Dawna Donovan and Vivian Thurman. Michael was loved and he truly will be missed.

A Celebration of  Life will be held for Michael on March 16, 2024.
