Patrick William Quint (aka Ticker)
Patrick William Quint (aka Ticker) passed away peacefully at Kindred South Hospital on June 4, 2024. He had suffered from pneumonia and congestive heart failure after a heart surgery on February 14, 2024. He was 73 years old.
He was predeceased by his mother Ruth Geneva Bratton and his father William Henry Quint along with his two brothers Michael and Thomas Quint.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Rhonda Hurst Quint.
Ticker worked for 40+ years at Hauser and Miller as a precious metals fabricator. He never met a stranger and was one of the kindest hearts you would ever meet. He was passionate and knew so much about everything including airplanes, cars, lawn mowers, camping, home appliances, radios and so much more. He was never rushed and seemed to always have time to help anyone in need whether they were a friend or stranger. Ticker knew a little something about everything. If you paid attention, you were sure to learn something along the way. Ticker will be missed dearly but now I suspect he is enjoying a camp fire and a beer while telling stories with his friends who have passed before him. Until we meet again Ticker.

Ticker was a wonderful person, friend, and cousin who was generous, smart, funny, and kind. All of us who were blessed to know him will miss him greatly.
Dear Ticker.
Ever since I was a little kid, so many years ago, you were always there for me. A great mentor and more like a big brother than just a friend.
Your were not one in a million, you were ten in a million.
May your gentle soul find peace, until we meet again.
Love Steve (the bug man) Studt
