Dolores was my best friend. We loved each other. Because of the long distance between us and our daily physical lives we were not able to spend time with each other. Earlier in our lives we lived closer and spent a lot of time together as well as take care of each other’s kids. I will miss her every day. I will miss our weekly phone calls. I’m trying to remember her just like the picture in this write up. Sometimes it works. Most times it doesn’t. Love you Dolores.

Dolores and her family came into my family’s life at a time we needed them the most! Dolores was so special and will always remain special to my children and I. There are no words…Love you all I’m so sorry for your loss, prayers for comfort.
And know I will always remember her laugh when we were together. (Still have my Ragged Ann & Andy she made for me )

Although distance kept us apart physically, Dolores and her family were and will always be close because they live in my heart. Dolores had a way of transcending time and space by making every conversation sound like a continuation of the day before which, in reality, could have been weeks. She went home to God, but He allows her to keep on living in my heart. Rest in peace my dear friend. We will meet again. My love always.
