Penny G. Grace passed away peacefully at her home in St. Louis on July 16, 2014.

She was born in Panama City, Panama to the late Clarence and Maria Harris on March 27, 1937.

She is survived by her beloved son John E. Grace III of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and her two dear brothers Bruce l. Harris of Fairfax Station, Virginia and Clarence Harris III of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Penny retired after a 30 year career as a stock broker with several St Louis firms.
