John Steven Hoffman passed away at St. Alexius Hospital in St. Louis on January 31, 2015 at the age of 59. Formerly of the Nixa, MO and Sikeston, MO areas, he leaved behind his mother Shirley Perkins, stepfather Floyd Perkins, brother Chris Hoffman, stepbrothers James and Robert Perkins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Bruce Hoffman.
