Day, Joseph Andrew 86, Corpus Christi, Texas passed away June 29, 2017 at Missouri Veterans Home, St Louis, Missouri. He is preceded in death by his brother David. Joseph is survived by his sister Patricia, two sons, Joseph Allen Day (Kathleen), Kirkwood, Missouri, David Gordon Day (Angela), Wright City, Missouri and one daughter, MariJo Anne Day, Kirkwood, Missouri and five grandsons, Timothy, Matthew, Alexander, Brenden and David. Born in Detroit, Joseph was a Navy veteran, a restaurant executive both national and international, and a professor at Del Mar College. Services to be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St Louis, Missouri.
