Frances Matheny
Frances Elizabeth Matheny of St Charles, born 6/7/1943, passed away Monday, 12/13/2010. She lost her battle with cancer. Memorial Service will be held at Windsor Crossing Community Church on 12/16/2010 at 10 am.

Please accept my condolences. I understand this is a difficult time for family and friends. I have found encouragement and hope from the Bible that I would like to share with you. I have learned that God promises that one day “no resident will say I’m sick (Isaiah 33:24). He has also provided us the opportunity to see our loved ones again by means of the resurrection (John 5:28, 29) (Acts 24:15). and many other scriptures. I have learned to put faith in God’s promise to “swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8). Please know that this will be accomplished by means of God’s Kingdom, which is mentioned at Daniel 2:44 and Matthew 6:9, 10. You can be confident that this will occur because Hebrews 6:18 lets us know, it is impossible for God to lie. It is my hope you are strengthened by these thoughts. May you read them from your own copy of the Bible and gain faith in seeing your loved one again by means of the resurrection. Let me know if you want to learn more.
