Frank Richard Singer IV, "Rick", suddenly, Friday, May 7, 2010. Dearly loved fiancee’ of Rebecca Setzer, Son of Frank Richard Singer III and Charmayne Singer. Brother of Diana (Paul) Koenig, and Uncle of Jennifer (Andy) McCleary, Andrew (Brooke) Koenig, Brian (Heather Fleener) Koenig and Angela (Elkins Lovett) Koenig. Great Uncle of Caleb, Jeremiah, Isaac, Gideon, Ellie and Avery.
Rick was a faithful member of Sutter Presbyterian Church and proud owner of Singer Technologies.

I met Rick through a friend we shared. I enjoyed Rick`s company like a “brother”. His passing hurt my heart and I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are for Rick`s soul and his family as well a a special prayer for you Becky. Some day we will all be togeather again and good times for all. God Bless.

Although I only recently got to know Rick, he was one of the finest young men I know. This is a tremendous loss for all of us. God bless all of you with His grace and comfort as only He can.

My heart goes out to you, Diana & the rest of the family! … A sudden & senseless ending to a beautiful life …still young & with a promising future! … I know he is missed terribly! They say… “Time heals all wounds” … In this case … I pray that time passes quickly to help you all get past the major pain associated with grief … & that you can sooner, rather than later, look back with a bittersweet smile & find peace in your hearts!
