Werner, Roy J.
Passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 2, 2010, at age 92.
Roy was a long time employee of the family business, Fillmore Automotive, retired for 30 years. Roy was a proud lifetime resident of the city of St. Louis, was an avid golfer with 4 published holes-in-one, and a gardener of the public golf course at Forest Park until he was 90 years young.
Preceded in death by LaVerne Dorothy Werner (nee DeWeese). Survived by his son Gary Werner, 5 daughters, JoAnne (Don) Anthony, Karen (Mike) Richau, Veronica (Frank) Soaib, Susan (Gary) Lopez, and Linda (Brian) Bollinger. Dear grandfather of 12, proud great-grandfather of 13. Dear uncle, cousin and friend.
