Andrew Marion Sr.

Andrew Charles Marion Sr, of Kirkwood, Missouri (formerly of Windham, New Hampshire and Livingston, Tennessee) son of Thomas E. Marion and Jeannette (Theriault) Marion passed suddenly on March 5, 2018.

He is predeceased by his wife of thirty-four years, Donna Marie Marion (née Letner) and his older brother, Roger Marion.

Andrew leaves behind a son, Andrew C. Marion Jr, of Gardner, Massachusetts and a daughter Marissa Bean (née Marion) and her husband David Bean of St. Charles, Missouri. He also leaves behind his brother Paul Marion and his wife Denise, brother Leonard Marion, and brother Edward and his wife Veronica Marion. He will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Grandfather to Stephen, Samantha and Gage Marion, Griffin, Katie-Jayne and Benjamin Bean. He was affectionately known as Grampy and Papa Andy.

An entrepreneur and business owner who was deeply devoted to community service, Andrew held many offices and titles in the Salem and New England Exchange Club organizations.

He was an avid scuba diver, boater, fisherman, gardener and wine maker.

Andrew served as a Certified Public Accountant for nearly five decades and in that time built lasting and meaningful friendships with hundreds of people. His loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Salem, New Hampshire area.
Donations may be made in his name to the National Exchange Club Foundation, benefiting child abuse prevention and awareness.

    I have had the honor of knowing Andy and his family since he was a boy. he was always a try harder, work harder, loyal friend and dedicated family man. My heart goes out to his children and his family. May he rest in peace.
