Barbara Marie Newman
August 11, 1948 – July 1, 2023
Barbara Marie Newman, age 74, died at home under hospice care, after 1 ½ years fighting Dementia. She was also a 19 year survivor of a Triple Heart Bypass. She was the beloved daughter of the late John L. and Evelyn L. (Ervi) Newman and dear niece of the late Lillian Skrabacz.
She was dearly loved by her late partner, William David Iden and was the loving mom of Phillip Anthony Newman, dear sister of John L. Newman Jr., dear sister-in- law of Sharon K. (Schwent) Newman, dear aunt of David A. Newman and Jennifer C. (Newman) Sedovic and dear great aunt of Kayla M. Newman and Haley L. Newman.
I love you Barbara you were my everything . I had fun the 2 months I was with you I would give anything to have that time back . I loved caring for you . I’m going to miss your smile , your voice I love you . I hope your doing well up there
We love you, Miss Barb! We will always remember spending time with you in the common area, taking the dogs for walks to the dog park, and sitting around chatting. The kids remember you with love and fondness. We will miss you!
I have never met you in person. But when Philip would video chat with me. I got to know you. You were a strong, wonderful and amazing person and mother. I will miss you. Heaven gained an angel. Love you.
Hate this happen so soon…It was like an shocked…when your son (Phillp Newman) call my best friend and asked for me I know something was wrong….My heart goes out to the family and also the most your son Phillp…I remember alot and I know I did meet you once and I didn’t want to meet you that way but I did it for your son…but I wish I could have meet you and talked and probably have a drink with you…but you are in a better place with no pain and no hurt…I promise I will watch after your son Phillip…Rest and Sleep in Peace Mrs.Newman..
