BILLY RAY HOWARD
Blessed with a full, rich life and history, Billy “Ray” Howard passed away on January 29, 2017.
Ray was born in Mobile, Alabama on May 7, 1930 to John and Peggy Howard. He was raised in Abita Springs, Louisiana and eventually settled in Pensacola, Florida, where he married Mary Mollica in 1962. Beginning in television repair, Ray eventually assumed the chief engineer position at WSRE TV 23 in Pensacola, Florida, a PBS affiliate. After celebrating 30 years of marriage, he was widowed in 1992 and shortly thereafter relocated to the St. Louis area to be with family. In St. Louis, he enjoyed his retirement years with his son and daughter-in-law, grandchildren and extended family.
Ray was the loving father of John Howard (Becky) and dear grandfather to Margaret Howard (Emily), Ian Howard, and Blake Howard. He is also survived by nieces Midori Duncan, Karen Timmerick (Ken), Beryl Howard, and D’Wanna Hanes (Gary). He has one surviving sister-in-law, Rena Howard.
A memorial service to celebrate Ray’s life will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 327 Woods Mill Road, Manchester, Missouri 63011 at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017. Light hors d’oeuvres will be provided after the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Manchester, Missouri.

So sorry to hear about your dad. In remember the days with your parents v and my parents George Gregg and Buddy Barnett were best friends and my b sister Melody and I would spend time you and your parents. Those were times.
