Cathy King
Cathy King (Huntley, Curran)
December 27, 1949 – December 24, 2018
Cathy has begun her journey to be with God, and reunite with her mother after a near 50 year separation. She is survived by her three sons, Doug, Tim, and Matt Huntley as well as their families who all cherished her.
Although Cathy seemed selfless in her caring for family and friends, and working 30+ years mothering the people that needed her most for nominal pay, she received endless satisfaction from the joy she brought to everyone. She earned the unconditional love of hundreds of people including friends, coworkers, clients, neighbors, and most of all family with the love, experiences, advice, and wisdom that seemingly flowed from her effortlessly.
The love and support Cathy showed her sons will forever live on because she showed them how to become the men and fathers they are today. Her legacy will live on through her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will never be forgotten.
Cathy’s memorial services will be announced via her Facebook page as well as direct phone calls for those who do not have Facebook.
We are so very sorry for your loss. We loved Cathy so very much and miss her every day

I loved Cathy so much. We shared so many happy years as best friends. I have such fond memories of the fun and adventures her boys and my daughter shared thru the years growing up. They will never be forgotten.
?? Condolences to Cathy’s family. I worked with Cathy for several years at Easter Seals. Cathy was a very caring, giving person who went out of her way for the clients she cared for. Cathy will be missed here at work.
Keeping Cathy and ALL her family in prayer. Cathy’s sweet smile will always remain in my heart. ?
May your reunion with your parents, brother and the many other family & friends that journeyed before you, bring you peace.
