Christopher “Bubby” Earl Truelove

June 21, 1970 – August 12, 2023

Christopher (Bubby) Earl Truelove, 53, passed away Saturday, August 12th, at his home in House Springs, Mo. His wife, Christine Truelove and dear friend John Ferguson were present when he passed.

He is preceded in death by his father Earl Truelove, mother Virginia Lee Truelove, and sister in law Charlene Elliott. Christopher leaves behind his wife, Christine Truelove, 2 sons, Caleb and Joshua Eberhart, daughter Nicole Ann Truelove, younger sister Lisa (Mac) Morland, and very dear friend John Ferguson.

Christopher, (Bubby), should be most remembered for his huge heart, his ability to forgive, and his loyalty to those he loved.  Many don’t know that Christopher sacrificed a lot of his childhood to look after his younger sister. He rarely got new clothes or shoes. He even went without winter coats, but she never did. When he got his first job, he used his own money to buy her a new Atari 2600 for her birthday. When she turned 16, she remembers that he gave her 16 red roses. Once he even baked her cookies for an elementary school party.  His sister writes, “I wish more people knew the Bubby that I knew.”

Bubby will be cremated. The family will gather privately, and celebrate his life in accordance with his wishes.
