Dan Henry Brownridge, affectionately known as “Danny” was born April 10, 1949 to Dan and Lena Brownridge.

He departed this earth after a brief illness on Sunday morning, August 25, 2024.

He is preceded in death by: his father, Dan Henry Brownridge; his mother, Lena Brownridge Milton; step-father, Tom Milton, Sr.; brother, Willie Milton; sisters, Johnetta Clark and Gloria Brownridge; three brothers-in-law, Glen McKinney (Tammie), Lawrence Hamilton, II (Yvonne) and Anthony Miner (Shirley).

Danny was educated in the Saint Louis Public School System. He was employed at Barnes Hospital for many years.

Danny was known for his sense of humor and sarcasm.

Danny leaves to mourn and cherish his memory: one daughter, Latonia Hughes Kendrick; three grandchildren; three sisters, Yvonne Hamilton, Shirley Miner and Tammie McKinney Simmons (Leon); two brothers, Jerome Brownridge and Tom “Tommie” Milton, Jr; a brother-in-law, John Clark (Johnetta); and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss him dearly.
