Douglas Allan Wesley, St. Charles, MO
January 19, 1953 – September 17, 2019
Douglas Allan Wesley passed the morning of September 17, 2019 at the age of 66. Doug spent his final days with his daughter, Jennifer, and daughter’s mom and best friend, Wanda by his side. At time of death, he was hand-in-hand with his daughter. Preceding in death, Doug was a proud and devoted father to Jennifer, his only child, loyal best friend to Wanda, loving brother to Sandee (Steve) McGrail and uncle to Wes (Carrie) McGrail, caring friend to many, gifted software developer at Nova Marketing, talented writer, lover of history and science, and avid rock and roll enthusiast. Known for his intelligence, humor and selflessness, Doug was adored by all he came into contact with, and there is no shortage of lives he touched. Doug will be terribly missed and forever celebrated.
Memorial dinner held 6-8:30pm on October 3rd, at Rock & Brews, Chesterfield, MO.
I was deeply saddened to find this post. He was a high school friend at Parkway Central. Is it possible to share the cause of Doug’s death?
Worked with Doug briefly at a bottom of the barrel manufacturing company. Great guy. Love to hear him tell stories. Very intelligent; thought he would have been a great broadcaster. Gone much too soon. My condolences to his family and many friends.
