Eric Albrecht
Eric Albrecht, a wonderful son, a dear brother and a good friend entered into the loving embrace of the Lord, Sunday December 6. Eric was a 2012 graduate of Parkway South High School and a student at St. Louis Community College- Forest Park , pursuing a degree in auto technology. Eric had been active in scouts, baseball , swimming, photography, music, BMX and auto mechanics. He was a very enthusiastic fan of the St. Louis Blues and St Louis Cardinals.
He is survived by his parents Joseph Albrecht and Susan (Cultrara) Albrecht; his sister Katie (Matt) Davis; and many loving cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation, Friday, December 11, 6-9 pm, Sacred Heart Church in Valley Park; funeral mass, Saturday, December 12 at 12:30. There will be a private interment.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Eric Albrecht Scholarship Fund for Excellence in Auto Mechanics. Checks should be made payable to EAS or Eric Albrecht Scholarship and mail to 834 Mayfair Park Court, St. Louis, MO 63021.
My thoughts and prayers are with Eric’s family at this very sad time. Eric was a patient at the dental office I work at and he was always a joy to be around. He was always smiling and joking with us. He will be sadly missed.
We will always have fond memories of Eric, his winning smile, and the good times the neighborhood kids had on summer swim team together. Please know that we are thinking of you.

Having moved away from St. Louis nine years ago, my family hasn’t enjoyed the company of Eric and his family for some time. But I can still see that kid’s great smile from years ago! May the years of loving memories bring comfort to Joe, Sue and Katie as they hold each other close during this time.
Eric was my nephew and I loved him very much and he will miss greatly.
