Frank was a gregarious friend and neighbor who never met a stranger. We enjoyed birthday celebrations with many of our neighbors. I loved hearing his enthusiastic cheers as he watched the Cardinals games. After he left Eureka we spoke on the phone several times a week. He was very tender hearted to me at the death of my sister and as my remaining sister enrolled in hospice. I missed his Sunday phone call the week my second sister died and discovered the following day that Frank had died. He was a terrific friend and I will miss him dearly. My condolences to you, Theresa, Lee, and Garrett. He loved you all dearly. What time is the mass on Aug 5?

I am so sorry Terri , Lee, & Garrett for the loss. But he will always be here when you have a margarita, when you watch a cardinal game or when you hear a far off old man joke. He is still and always be with you. Let’s all live like Frank, it could do us all good.
    Love Vernon & Deb.
