Harrold Bibby was a sadist who tortured children in the educational therapy center group home from 1982-1983. He loved to humiliate, torment, mock, demeans, debase, degrade and dehumanize children confined there, and many of his victims suffered so much damage form his constant psychological torture that they had severe PTSD that had a severe effect on the rest of their lives.

I was one of them and if there is a hell I hope he’s getting what he deserves in it.
