Herminia Ortiz-Santiago
Mrs. Herminia Ortiz-Santiago, born on April 24, 1937 in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, to the late Maria Torres-Pratt and the late Eduardo Ortiz-Miranda, passed away at age 81 on May 14, 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a Machine Operator at Smith&Wesson until retiring in 1987. Herminia was the loving wife of Mariano Santiago-Bones. She was preceded in death by her son, Carlos M. Santiago-Ortiz. Herminia is survived by her sons, Victor M. Santiago-Ortiz, Jose H. Santiago-Ortiz, Miguel A Santiago-Ortiz; daughters, Virgen (Lynda) M. Santiago-Ortiz, Zaida N. Santiago-Ortiz, and Carolyn S. Santiago-Dunham; and grandchildren, Carlos M. Santiago Jr., Ana H. Santiago, Elisha M. Santiago, Nicholas M. Santiago, Brenden J. Santiago, Adam C. Santiago, Alyssa L. Figueroa-Santiago, Juliano N. Santiago-Roberts, Mariano A. Santiago-Roberts, Damaseau Santiago-Daniele, Tamara A. Santiago, Johnathan A. Dunham-Santiago, Melissa L. Diaz, Adriana B. Figueroa-Santiago, Kristina L. Dunham, and Dyami Santiago. Our memories of Mami Mina are a keepsake from which we will never part. In addition to her loving husband, 6 living children, and 16 grandchildren; Mami Mina is survived by 19 great grandchildren and devoted Son-In-Law Michael L. Dunham. All services will be private.
