James August Delia
James August Delia, age 67 passed away December 11, 2018. He was the son of the late Margaret Delia and the late Alex Delia.

Jim, a retiree enjoyed spending time bicycling, kayaking and riding his Harley Davidson. In the winter
He always took a trip to Colorado where he and his friends enjoyed skiing.
Jim will be missed by many.

I did not know James but his brother Joe has been a dear friend since September 1958. My sincerest condolences to the entire Delia famiglia for their tragic, premature loss.
Jim was always kind and cheerful. I used to hike and kayak often and I particularily loved hearing about his biking adventure in Michigan. He lived every day to the fullest and enjoyed nature. Our group was blessed to have him and I am glad I got to meet him. I am sorry for your loss.
I went to Rosary HS and ran track with Jim and I’d see him often for I lived not far from Jim in west county. We did lose track for a few years. Jim and I and Joe Hrovath, Jerry McEvoy, Jim Simpson ran at RHS. I’m on RHS ’69 50yr reunion committee for next year and intended to connect w Jim.

I also know Jim in High School. He was a great guy and will be deeply missed. My sincere thoughts and prayers to all family and friends. So sorry for your loss.
