Preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Starns (nee Massey). Survived by his children: Brian (Wanda) Starns, Tony (Kathleen) Starns, Ellen (Donald) DeWitt, and Sandra Starns; his grandchildren: Amy, Amber, Brittany, Nicole, Corinne, and Raymond; and one great-grandson, Lincoln.
