Jane Miller

fortified in Christ on January 3, 2015, at age 51, with her family beside her.

Jane was the youngest of three daughters to John and MaryJane. She was married to her loving husband and soul mate Rodney. Jane and Rodney celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary last October.

Jane had a loving spirit that was an example for her husband to become a person with the same values, so much so that he was inspired by her faith and he converted to share in her beliefs. Together they raised their two children with the same values and now their grandchildren will benefit by the faith and family values that were set by their parents before them.

Jane didn’t let her disability keep her from the person she was with a happy heart. She never dwelt or complained. She took it in stride and lived each day with joy and to its fullest. Jane was a living saint among us with her smiling ray of sunshine. She was the rock her family depended on, a strong and brave woman who gave her love unconditionally, she touched so many.

She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. Jane devoted her time and talents to her children. She had a gift from God, a natural artist talent, which led her to her career as a graphic artist.

She was involved as a den mother for her son and a Girl Scout leader for her daughter’s troop. She volunteered for field trips, as well as being a room mother. Her dreams were fulfilled with the birth of her children and expanded beyond her dreams when she became a grandmother.

Jane will never really be gone from us, she will always be in our hearts.

We are close friends of Mary and Bill Bicker, and are truly sorry for their loss and the entire family. Mary talked about her sister Jane a lot and how much she loved her and what a special person she was….in Mary’s words, Jane was an angel. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this difficult time.
    With love, Wally and Gloria
