    John and Justin –
I just found out about Jeanette thru a brief JBS blurb, and I am deeply sorry and shocked. As you may know, we were fast friends from kindergarten through most of college, and were in each others’ weddings. She came to visit me in CT a couple of times, and we stayed in touch sporadically since I moved here to Colorado. I loved her in so many ways and always admired her great wit and intellect. We both got As from Mr. Horner in 4th year Latin, but she outshone me in Greek! I know how fond she was of her dog and her grandchildren. Please accept my deep condolences and know that I will always remember her dearly.
    Love, Westie

Justin, deepest regrets to discover this notice tonight as thoughts of your bright, funny, resolute and smart mother inexplicably came to mind. Jeanette was a good friend many years back and loved you with all her heart. I am so sorry that the world has lost such a bright, vibrant presence.
