Jimmy Matlock passed away peacefully, at Evelyn’s House Hospice on April 16, 2022 at the age of 62. He was born in St. Louis, MO on January 8, 1960. He is preceded in death by his parents Amos Matlock Sr. and Golda Matlock and his longtime friend of 20 years Gerald Boyd. He is survived by his friend Joshua Rittinger, his sister Shirley Clubbs and bother Amos Matlock.

Jimmy was in the Air Force, worked as a Telecommunications Representative for Graybar Electric, MCI WorldCom, and AEI Music. He previously lived in Chicago, IL.
