Joan Lee Kaufmann (Joan Jones-Kaufmann) of St. Louis County passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019, surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 73.

Joannie is the loving wife of Donald Kaufmann (Honey), and dear sister of Bruce (Ginger) Holt, a dear sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Joannie will always be remembered by the people she met throughout her life, for her beautiful personality, smile, charm and quick wit’. Her love and compassion she showed, wasn’t limited only to humans. All her dogs throughout her life were her babies.

Her photo doesn’t show her beautiful blue eyes, one feature that will be missed by all, but it does show her beautiful smile that brought a ray of sunshine to any room.

Joannie’s passing has left a void in the hearts of her friends, family and anyone who met her. She will be sorely missed by all who loved her, as well as Auggie her currant dog.
