John Anthony Delarue

The Lord called John Anthony Delarue to be by His side in Heaven on July 15th. John was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on June 10th of this year. He passed away in the amazing hospice care of Evelyn’s Home with his loving wife at his side. The memorial service is scheduled for July 19th 3:00PM at Remix Church 2240 Bennington Place, Maryland Heights MO, 63043.

John was passionate about his career with Boeing as an Engineer, specializing in the Apache Helicopter Program. John grew up on the East Coast and Boeing brought him to Missouri 24 years ago where he raised his three beautiful children and fostered a wonderful life with his family. He was an avid collector of basketball cards and rare coins. John was a devoted father and thrived coaching his kids sports teams as they grew up, focusing on basketball in recent years.

John has now peacefully joined his late father Richard and late brother Rich in eternal life. John’s legacy will be honored by his wife Gina, son Alec, and daughters Gabrielle & Isabelle. He will forever be loved and remembered by his extended family and friends.

John’s favorite bible verse was: “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you” – Luke 6:31. Please help us honor John every day and LIVE this verse! Love and respect one another! Be compassionate and kind to one another! John’s illness has taught us that life is short and tomorrow is not guaranteed.
