John and Steve, I am sorry for your loss. Fritz and I were touched that he and your mom came to my dad’s visitation in 2007. It brought back great memories of our times together.

I grew up two doors down from the Bells til my parents moved in 1966. His son John was my main play buddy, though a few years younger, and many an hour spent in their back yard. Later in life when I went to work for MDC he found out and he sent me information on their school reimbursement program. I knew they and Boots had moved away, as had Steve, but I used to run into his son John but we lost touch. John, please get in touch with me, would love to catch up. Since I ran for public office in 2015 my info is all over the internet, my name plus Ferguson. My dad died in 08, he would have been 100 this past Nov 8, guessing your dad had to be early 90’s. So sorry about your parents. You were too young maybe to remember but I still remember when your dad few his full beard in 1957 for the Florissant Centennial and it turned out bright red! My sincere condolences. Please try to reach me.

I was fortunate to know both Boots and Jack through our frienship with John and Karin. I always enjoyed the opportunity to visit with them. They were always very friendly to be with and often very enlightening. There stories of their travels and their long life together always made interesting conversation. I will miss them.
