He was born August 7, 1963, in St. Louis, MO. John was an avid fan of playing pool and belonged to several pool leagues over the years.

He is survived by his son, John Claridge Jr., mother, Mary Sadler, brother, David Claridge of Dallas, TX, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family, as well as his ex wife, Tina Tigner.

John was preceded in death by his father, James Claridge.

There will be a Celebration of John’s Life on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 1:00 pm at Unity Baptist Church in Granite City, IL.

John has graciously donated his body to the National Body Donor Program to advance medical science for future generations.
