John Larson

John Anthony Larson (Johnny Buck) passed away in his home on April 7, 2020 at the age of 55. John is lovingly remembered by: his daughters, Brittni Young of High Ridge, Missouri; Krista Henderson of Redfield, Kansas; Brandie Larson of Dittmer, Missouri; and Kourtney Larson of Dittmer, Missouri; his parents, Richard and Carolyn Larson of St. Louis, Missouri; his older brother, Dan Larson and wife Nina of Orange Beach, Alabama; four grandchildren; and other dear family and friends.

John was born in Rantoul, Illinois on October 2, 1964 to Richard and Carolyn Larson, while Richard was serving in the US Air Force. He grew up in the quaint town of Imperial, Missouri, where he met Paula Rose, with whom he had four daughters. He spent many years of his life as a successful car salesman and a dedicated employee. He enjoyed many outdoor activities, and was an avid hunter. He passed on his love of the outdoors to his grandsons: Gabriel, Josiah, and Jonathan; while his granddaughter, Rosalie, simply stole his heart. John will be best remembered as a loving father and grandfather, a cherished son, a dear friend, and a master of dad-jokes.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date. If you would like to make a donation or a contribution for John’s memorial service, please contact one of his daughters.

John and I went to school together at Windsor in Imperial, MO. We spent many great times together. Lots of laughter and times hanging out in Kimmswick with friends.
Praying for his family and friends.
