Born January 31, 1943, passed August 28, 2015. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Dorothy R. Dugan, his parents Steve Dugan and Genevieve Dugan, brothers Donald Dugan and Edward Dugan, sisters Opal Lahm and Joan Dugan. John was the father of Lisa Meyer, grandfather of Ron (Nicole Slinger) Meyer, Mikie (Jenn Sisson) Levine, and Richard Illert, Jr, and great grandfather of Collin and Cameron Meyer. Beloved brother of Betty, Luke, Harry (Sue) Dugan, and Diana (Ed) Schulte. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services: Viewing on Friday, September 4, 2015 from 3pm-5pm at St. Louis Cremation, 2135 Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103.
