Born July 18, 1977 in St. Louis, Missouri to James R. Kopp and Linda M. (nee Ethier) Kopp. Died March 19, 2016 in Jefferson County, Missouri.
Joseph was a reliable, kindhearted person that was there when anyone needed him.
Joseph Kopp is survived by his daughter Maddie Kopp; his loving parents Linda (James) Kopp; dear brother Jeffrey (Summer) Kopp; aunts and uncles James Ethier, Barb Moore, Karen (Gary) Monroe; dear cousins and friends.
Joseph will be missed by all that knew him.
