Julie is survived by her mother and stepfather (Carol and Don Conway-Long), father and stepmother (Dale and Georgalu Swoboda), sisters (Sara Shaw and Emily Swoboda), brother & sister-in-law (Geoff and Lindsay Swoboda), and beloved nieces (Amelia Shaw and River Swoboda).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA or Humane Society of Missouri.
