Julie Owen

Julie Ann Owen passed away at Mercy South hospital on August 1, 2022.

Julie is survived by her husband Bob (49 years of marriage) and loved God-child Kimberly Kossmann, step brother Andy Richards, long time family special friend Robert Simpson, her close Hancock High School friends, 35 years of friendship with her neighbor along with her Blues, Cardinal, scrapbooking friends and many others plus her loved fur babies.

Julie had 36 years of exceptional service with the government being a supervisor with Farmer’s Home Administration and the Veteran’s Canteen Service and had many, many terrific years of retirement especially enjoying shopping and sporting events. Please attend a Blues or Cardinal game or go buy something with a coupon to honor her. There will be no service per her request.

May she Rest In Peace!

    My beloved little sister from another mother. I will forever hold the countless memorable moments that we shared in my heart forever. Rest in peace, knowing that you were loved and I will think fondly of you for the rest of my days on this earth.
