June Boston, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 24, 2024, at the age of 92. She was born on June 6, 1931, the daughter of George Omer Hamilton and Virginia Hunter Hamilton Jost.

June is lovingly remembered by her children Carolle Rayno, Robyn Stoddard Goodrich, George Boston, Toni Boston, Elmer A. Boston Jr. (predeceased in February 2022), Tim Boston, Taylor Boston and his wife Sarah. Her siblings, Dorothy Baker and Sue McCulley.

June had 14 grandchildren: Michael, Scott, Sam, Joe, Ernie, George, Jennifer, Mitchell, Marina, Timmy, Brittany, Angela, Kade, and June.

She also had 13 great-grandchildren: Madison, Kaitlyn, Peyton, Anthony, Brady, Cooper, Riley, Bentley, Alex, Summer, Olivia, Oliver, August and one great-great-grandson, Cash, born on November 14, 2023.

June grew up in Berkeley, Missouri, when Berkeley had dirt roads and a trolley car that took her to Wellston for shopping. She worked as a telephone operator before marrying Elmer A. Boston on June 9, 1951. Elmer passed away in May 2016. June had seven children and experienced two miscarriages. She enjoyed slot machines, going to the river, and visiting the beach. Her family and friends will truly miss her. Love you Mom
