Kevin B. Gutknecht, 61, of Effingham, IL passed away at Barnes Jewish Hospital at 1:50 AM on February 14, 2018 due to a brief battle of Pulmonary Fibrosis lung disease. He leaves his wife Donna, mother Betty, sisters Kathy, Karen, and Kimberly, brother Christopher, his daughters Rachel Kassi, 2 step-children Becky (Scott) and Danny (Nikki), 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, along with his loyal dog Dee Dee.

In keeping with Kevin’s wishes there will be no service.
