Lay Thalangsy, Born July 2, 1945, passed March 21, 2016. Born in Laos and moved to America. The rest of her years spent in St Louis with her Husband Jeffery Williams. Survived by her family. Her son Vienxay and daughter Patt along with their families who love her dearly.

A viewing and religious ceremony will be held for her at the chapel of St. Louis Cremation, 2135 Chouteau Ave., St. Louis MO 63103 on Friday, March 25th beginning at 2:00 pm.
