Mary Elizabeth Rath née Hanneken will be missed by many. Born in St. Louis to Bernard and Ida (Moeckel) Hanneken. Her brother Norman Hanneken preceded her in death.She was married to William C Rath Sr who passed away in April 1987. She is survived by Cynthia (Cyndi) and husband William (Bill) Weiss. Thomas B Rath (her son) passed away in January 1999. She will be missed by her grandchildren Jeffrey Weiss, Jaime Latzman (Kevin), Regina Rath (Josh), Thomas Rath (Tara), William Rath III (Alex), Susan Rath Morrow. She leaves behind 8 great grandchildren. She was an artist, active member of The Spanish Lake Historical Society, Midwest Coinshooters and Historical Club and St. Louis Antique Bottle Collectors Association. She was known for her spunky spirit.
