Born November 16, 1917, died on August 13, 2015, after a long, well lived life. A native of Wisconsin, he adopted Missouri as his home with his wife of 63 years, Donna Holt Arentsen, after leaving the United States Army Air Corp. A member of Hanley Road Baptist Church for 65 years, he served as both a Deacon and an Elder. He is survived by four children, Donna Sue Grebe, nee Arentsen (Larry) of St. Louis, Missouri; Beverlee Lorraine Dunham, nee Arentsen (Stanley) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; William Robert Arentsen, Jr.(Terrri) of Bates City, Missouri, and James Eric Arentsen (Denise) of Omaha, Nebraska,, as well as five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

Friends are invited to attend a service in his honor at Hanley Road Church/The Journey, 7701 Maryland Ave, Clayton, MO. The service will be followed by burial at Jefferson Barracks, a reception to follow.
