Nicholas “Nick” Feeley
Nicholas James Feeley (Nick) left this earth peacefully on September 29th, 2018.
He resided at Parkwood Nursing and Rehab Center at 3201 Parkwood Lane, Maryland Heights MO
Nick was born on September 14th,1953 in Fort Dodge, Iowa and resided in Eagle Grove, Iowa where he enjoyed bike riding, fishing, swimming, outdoor games and hanging with friends. In 1968 the family moved to Des Moines, Iowa and he graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1972. He was a wrestler in High School and truly enjoyed the sport. He then enlisted in the Air Force and served two tours in Germany. Nick resided in several communities upon his return to the United States before moving to Maryland Heights MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leo James Feeley and Glory Lou (Terwilliger) Feeley. He is survived by his siblings, brother Michael T. Feeley (Linda) of Maryland Heights MO, his sister Michelle (Shelly) Ristau (Rick) of Lafayette IN, and sister Diana (Dee) DeBor of Parker CO. His nieces Marie DeBor, Leigh Ann DeBor and Casey Ristau and nephews Timothy Feeley, Ryan Ristau, Paul Feeley and Randy Ristau will miss him greatly as he enjoyed spending time with them.
A celebration of Nick’s Life will be held on October 27th at Larson Park, 520 W Kirkham Ave, Webster Groves, Missouri 63119 at 10AM.
Nick was a big guy with an even bigger heart. His laid back, easy going personality made him a joy to be with. He always stood up for the little guy and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. A genuine “good guy” who will be missed by all.
Please accept my condolences. What a guy. May we all take something from his mild mannered life. May the God of all comfort be with your family.

Sorry to learn of Nick’s passing. My heart felt sympathy to the family.
This hurts my heart that I just found out this gentle giant has passed before I could reconnect with him. Memories of him are some of my favorite in my life. Rest my friend.

I have just today learned of Nick’s passing. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Most of my high school memories are with Nick and are good memories. Your description of him is spot on. My condolences to his family. You are also in my fond memories.
My deepest condolences to Nick‘s family. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I remember him in high school as such a fun guy to be around and I can still remember his laugh. Gentle giant fits him perfectly.
I remember Nick from high school. He was a tough guy in sports, but he always had a wry smile and was a truly good guy. He was fun to be around. It seems he had a good life for which I am grateful. My condolences to his family but know your lives were richer from having Nick in it. Good bye old friend.
I am so sorry to learn of Nick’s passing. He was my classmate at Roosevelt and we were also on the wrestling team.

I was stationed in Bitburg AB,Bitburg Germany with my friend, actually the first person I met overseas, a young kid at the time, but Nick always had my back.We worked every day together. What fabulous memories we had with our friends overseas…Thanks to Nick,He made it fun….the last time I seen Nick was in 1988,we spent the day fishing, more fabulous memories…my prayers and condolences to his family….
