Olga Laverne Tiller
Olga Laverne Tiller, age 93, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away Monday evening, September 4th, 2023, surrounded by her family.
She was born November 8th, 1929, in Ironton, Missouri, a daughter of the late Annie Blankenship and Arthur Oelsen. She was 1 of 9 children.
Olga was married to the late James (“Jim”) Tiller on July 12th, 1946, where they were married for 68 years before his passing. Olga and Jim went on to have two sons, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren that they loved deeply.
Olga was preceded in death by her late husband James (“Jim”) Tiller, brothers, Ormand Oelsen, Orville Oelsen, Byron Oelsen; and sisters, Anita Dickerson, Ruth Oelsen, Irene Neier, Florence Jones, and Mildred Oelsen.
Olga enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and listening to music. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Her family members refer to her as the backbone of their family, their biggest supporter, and the most beautiful woman inside and out.
Olga is survived by two sons, Mike and John Tiller; eight grandchildren, Ryan Miller, Craig (Katie) Tiller, Brad Tiller, Laurie (Robert) LaGrone, James Tiller, Tommy Tiller, and Danielle Tiller; eight great-grandchildren, Lauren (Trent) Webb, Allison McGarvey, Erin McGarvey, Aiden McGarvey, Peska LaGrone, Cole Tiller, Trent Tiller, and Benedict Tiller; and two great-great-grandchildren Levi Webb and Lainey Webb. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Memorial service for Olga will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, October 1st, 2023, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses located at 3000 Park Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63104.

I just picture you dancing with Uncle Jim again and laughing with you siblings after the resurrection. I know my Ma-Ma will be so happy to have her closest sister back by her side.
