Parents: Emil “Ralph” and Josephine (Stone) Richter

Survived by three brothers- David, Dan, and Greg

and one sister- Merrilee Lobos

Many nieces and nephews

Graduated from Northwest High School

1996 UMSL Graduate

He taught debate at Vashon High School

He was a union representative for St. Louis Teacher AFT Union 420

Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, March 1, 2014, at the

Glaziers Union Hall, 5916 Wilson Ave., beginning at 3 pm.
