Richard Kupferer Jr.

Richard M. Kupferer Jr., 41, of St. Louis, MO passed away suddenly on March 4, 2020 due to a heart attack. He was born on December 28, 1978 to Richard Sr. and Yvonne Kupferer. Rich graduated from Bishop Dubourg High School, and Columbia College with a degree in business and marketing. He worked for the Decorators and Displaymen Union.

Rich is survived by his daughter, Ava Yvonne, his father Richard Sr., his sister, Michelle (Michael) Bowen, and his nieces and nephews, David T Hurst Jr, Makayla, Abigail, Bradley, Timothy and Tobias Bowen. In addition to being a father, a son, a brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin, he was a friend to many, and will be dearly missed.

A grave side service will take place at St. Joachim Church’s cemetery at 11:30 am on Sunday, June 14th, followed by a celebration of life picnic at Washington State Park at picnic shelter #2. We ask that attendees practice good hygiene and social distancing precautions while at both events. If you are ill or have been around someone who is ill in the two weeks prior to the event, we ask that you stay home. You can view a slide show of photos from Richie’s life here.
