Robert Frederick Kayser

Kayser, Robert Frederick, 87, of Ballwin, MO died on Tuesday October 25, 2022.

Bob was born in St. Louis, MO and graduated from CBC High School in 1953.

Bob was married to Betty Ann McKenzie on May 15, 1965. They were married for 57 years.

Bob worked for the United States Postal Service for 37 years before retiring, and then continued working for Schnucks Markets in Ballwin until he was 75 years old, before retiring fully. He has been a part of his church parish at Holy Infant Catholic Church for 48 years. In his free time, he enjoyed Cardinals baseball, golfing, playing washers & cards, and time with his family and friends. He and his smile were always recognized, near and far, because he was so well known in his community.

Bob is survived by his wife Betty and two children Scott Kayser and Elizabeth (Craig) Buchek.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am at Holy Infant Catholic Church at 627 Dennison Ballwin, MO for family and friends. There will be a luncheon provided at the church directly following.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Visiting Nurses Association of St. Louis (https://www.vnastl.com/donate) or The American Diabetes Association (https://diabetes.org/?form=FUNRDFAVCDZ). The family wishes to thank all of the wonderful home health employees at Amedysis and hospice employees at Visiting Nurses Association that have helped care for him with dignity.

    Our deepest sympathy to Betty, Scott and Beth. Bob was loved by so many and will be missed greatly. Every time we play golf I will smile at Bob for his crazy way of dealing.
