Your infectious smile will never be forgotten, even during some of the hardest times in your life, you wore that beautiful smile. I will never get a Sam campion note again. I used to tell you I always knew when you were coming back because I would get that awkward feeling. That awkward feeling came to me Thursday and then really strong on Friday, so much that it prompted me to go to your FB page and I got the chills and nearly fell out of my chair. You now are an angel my sweet Sam, and you have a lot of work to do. Please take care of your favorite therapist and our group room. I know your pain was too deep to carry on my friend, it’s time to rest and enjoy paradise. You deserve it sweetheart. I’m sorry I couldn’t help you, I truly tried. Know that I never gave up on you.l will have s special place in our group room designated to you. Fly high sweet angel.
