Shawn Michael Lancaster, age 45, passed away on August 6th 2022 at St.Louis University Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Shawn was born on May 28th 1977 to Sandi Shanks.

Shawn was a professionally skilled painter for most of his adult years. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. He will be greatly missed as a friend, a father, a son and a brother.

Shawn is survived by his children, Samantha and Kaitlyn Lancaster of Bolivar MO, Hunter Lancaster of Springfield, MO, Mason Cook of Hobbs, NM; two grandsons, Parker and Miles Goad of Bolivar, MO; his mother, Sandi Shanks of Buffalo; two brothers Kenneth Lancaster and Dale (Mary) Lancaster  of Tunus, MO.
